Improved hit sound sync while in gameplay, quantizing sound hits based off hit judgement

Fixed a critical bug causing inputs to occasionally process multiple notes preemptively if they were close enough in milliseconds. This was caused due to a misalignment in the input manager's buffer cache.
Rebalanced game judgement thresholds:
HEAVENLY | 36ms > 44ms
PERFECT | 50ms > 66.68ms
GREAT | 74ms > 89ms
OK | 135ms > 100ms
Increased miss score deduction from -25 to -50
Changed charted for REVIVED — noticed there was a mapping issue/mixup with certain hats and rides that did not sync properly with the music.
Fixed a bug with botplay hitting notes 90ms early
Fixed bug in FEEL IT IN YA SOUL charts where hold notes were present, yet invisible, potentially causing a player to miss without indication; hold notes have been removed from said chart(s).
Added new vizes/shaders for the following tracks: REVIVED, PARTICLE, Bozosoku.
Reimplemented Arrow Mode! This can now be accessed inside of any release at the top of the screen. However, some tracks do not yet have Arrow charts.
